About the Role

As a Foodstuffs North Island Account Manager, you’ll be the customer champion for one of our key retail partners. You’ll lead the strategy, planning, and execution for your assigned categories, ensuring best-in-class customer relationships and long-term business performance. This role is pivotal in driving value creation, profit optimisation, and collaborative success across internal and external stakeholders.

What You Will Do

  • Manage the Joint Business Plans for assigned FSNI categories, including customer health checks and reviews and lead the annual customer planning process
  • Drive promotional planning, trade spend management, and ROI optimisation to meet business objectives
  • Conduct category reviews and negotiate outcomes that enhance value for both Essity and FSNI
  • Deliver sales and profit targets through forecasting, gap analysis, and performance tracking
  • Communicate insights and plans across internal teams and FSNI stakeholders, representing the categories in IBP processes

Who You Are

You’re a commercially savvy, results-driven professional with a sense of humour and passion for customer success. You thrive in fast-paced environments and bring strong strategic thinking and communication skills to the table.

  • Minimum 2 years in Account Management, preferably in FMCG
  • Proven experience in customer planning, negotiation, and data analysis
  • Strong commercial acumen and customer focus
  • Excellent planning and prioritisation skills
  • High energy, professional presence, with resilience and composure under pressure
