Te Whare Paki Mai is a housing and recovery service for people who have
walked a forensic journey and are moving back into the community.
This role is working alongside another team member supporting the tangata
whaiora with their afternoon and evening support needs from social activities,
cooking, cleaning, maintaining mental and physical wellbeing, interactions with
whanau and other stakeholders.
You'll alsoAssist with medication where requiredFocus on the individuals needs and provide culturally safe practice.Complete relevant administrative tasks, take comprehensive notes, provide effective handovers to the next shift, and support and collaborate with your colleagues.About You | Mou You'll believe in using a person-centered approach, and the positive benefits

You will either hold the NZ Certificate in Health and Wellbeing Level 4 or above (or a recognised equivalent).
