Pay rate of between $24.08 and $30.00 per hour depending on your qualifications and experience.

Based at their homes in a complex in Christchurch, you will help empower our clients to access their community, and achieve independence, inclusion, and quality of life after a brain injury.

You will work as part of a small team, providing support to our clients.

Experience preferred but not essential.

Able to communicate effectively

Have a keen interest in helping others

Be able to work in partnership with our clients

Be able to maximise the independence of our clients whilst encouraging choice, initiation, and participation in activities

Have the ability to demonstrate efficient time management and the ability to work autonomously and be part of a team

Have a full driver's licence

Have a keen interest in cooking

Willing to work within the mission, vision, and values of the organisation

Previous experience of support work and working with people with disabilities would be advantageous
