David needs some support to maintain his health and wellbeing.Andrew is passionate about art and attends art classes three days a week.
He enjoys walking and having conversations with staff on a wide variety of topics.
Andrew also has a strong interest in cars.
He needs support to attend appointments, the bank, and other errands.Hal loves bikes!
He volunteers at RAD bikes and also does some gardening and landscaping work through Hohepa.
Hal is a bit of a handyman and likes to help out with home maintenance and small projects.
He needs support around planning his day, maintaining a routine, and having healthy sleep patterns.All of the men enjoy flatting and socialising together, as well as with people from other Hohepa homes.
They love humour and joking around, making their flat a lively and fun place.You will be energetic, empathetic and able to work alongsidethis personfocussing on creating a life of rich and diverse experiences while being able to read situations, problem solve and apply boundaries or offer space.
Daily tasks include supporting with daily routines while encouraging independence to develop skills and personal growth.
You will have the confidence to support personal cares, cooking, medication administration, and household tasks.
