Senior Data Analyst

About the roleThis is an analyst role that will be a contributor to the design, development and embedding repeatable approaches to measuring key metrics to monitor achievement of TSB's strategic goals.

You will support the Grow Retail and Grow Business Missions in delivering BI solutions that provide insight for the business.

Who are you?

We are looking for an experienced analyst who will work with the Product and Marketing team to define data points, build the data sets, and develop the reporting to support communication with the wider business and key stakeholders.

You will have experience performing data analysis, design reports and have sound financial and analytical acumen.

In this role, you can expect to : Analyse current and future business drivers and requirements to identify the necessary data and change initiatives.

Produce artifacts to ensure traceability of requirements, quality of analysis, and assumptions are well documented.

Lead knowledge sharing activities with stakeholders and other TSB staff.

We are looking for candidates who have : 3+ years' experience in financial services 5+ years' experience in analytics & data Experience working with Databricks and PowerBI with strong SQL skills.
