How you create impact
Your main tasks and responsibilities :
To support the Customer Care, Sales and Operational Care teams through quality training and day-to-day process and systems support
Test and implement new systems and processes as directed by your Manager
To assist the Process & Systems National Manager with various projects
To monitor KPI's and drive high data quality, review and action plan together with stakeholders
Assist with analysing, documenting and implementing centralisation and off-shoring of services
Control data flow and continuously improve / create EDI / API interfaces between our TMS and external sources
Review and maintain Compliance data for Products within Sea Logistics
What we would like you to bring
We are looking for someone with :
Experience in continuous process improvement (i.e., process mapping, data analysis)
Lean Six Sigma diploma is preferred
Ability to work with a variety of people from different backgrounds, levels, and business units
Systems savvy and experience working within and understanding systems (SAP preferred), advanced MS Excel skills, data interfaces, EDI, API, SFTP
Curious, solutions orientated, adaptive to change, flexible and able to bounce back from setbacks
Experience within the Logistics industry is highly advantageous
Please note, as this role has regular interactions with our Corporate and Regional Teams, from time to time, you may be required to work outside of your standard working hours to align with regional / global time zones, so flexibility is required.
