To plan, direct + implement warehouse operations including but not limited to cargo + shipment handling, unit load device unloading, cash on delivery (COD) payment calculation.

To execute operational tasks in a safe + compliant manner.

To manage communication + coordination on work activities to deliver service performance + quality.

To act as focal point to support + resolve operational dispute over arrivals + claims.

To collaborate with Quality, Safety, Health + Environment (QSHE) in adhering to safety procedures in order to minimize property + safety loss.

Perform and manage all operational warehouse activities reliably and accurately

Ensure timely delivery of goods according to customer requirements

Handle freight forwarding tasks, including documentation and coordination

Maintain inventory control, labeling, and proper storage of goods

Support customs clearance and compliance procedures

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth logistics flow

Uphold safety and quality standards in warehouse operations
