We're looking for a Logistics Quality Specialist to join our team at the Pride.
You'll own warehouse and logistics quality management systems, partner with internal and external leaders and teams, and ensure every purchased or imported product entering the Lion NZ supply chain meets our quality standards.

Responsibilities
Partner with warehouse teams and 3PL providers to manage day-to-day quality issues
Support and coordinate internal and external audits across our warehousing and 3PL network
Investigate complaints and drive meaningful solutions
Support the product quality team with logistics-related quality needs
Identify and lead quality and process improvement initiatives, driving operational excellence
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business and externally
Qualifications
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Problem-solving ability and a solution-focused mindset
A process-driven approach, with the agility to adapt when challenges pop up
An interest in quality and a willingness to learn
Tertiary qualification in a technical discipline (e.g., science or supply chain) is advantageous but not essential
