Our new mega Distribution Centre in Wiri, Auckland, is a key hub supporting our extensive branch network and driving growth and opportunity every day.About the RoleAs a Systems & Inventory Specialist at our Auckland Distribution Centre, you will support inventory management by providing accurate data and helping maintain the integrity of a wide range of parts.
You'll collaborate with the Systems & Inventory team, site leaders, and network contacts to deliver reliable customer service.
Additionally, you'll ensure Dangerous Goods and Hazardous Substances are stored safely and comply with regulations.
Strong communication, attention to detail, and a commitment to meeting SLAs are key to success in this role.
Specific Duties Include : Take a lead role with inventory operations, including cycle counting, adjustments, investigations, and storage complianceMaintain accurate inventory locations and support the cycle counting programEnsure data integrity in inventory systems and prepare reports for managementCommunicate operational updates and meet KPI targetsPromote and adhere to health and safety policies, participating in safety audits and initiativesFollow company policies and support warehouse housekeeping and improvementsPerform other tasks as directed by the Manager.Skills and Experience : Strong attention to detail and ability to uphold data accuracy.Excellent communication and problem-solving skillCommitment to safety, integrity, and company valuesAbility to lead by example and work collaborativelyAdaptable with high work standards and execution focus.Looking after you : We are committed to ensuring our people are well looked after.
