The Role

Healthcare Logistics (HCL) have a great opportunity for an Inventory Controller with high attention to detail and accuracy with strong data entry skills to join the team. Reporting to the Principal Services Supervisor you will be required to you will be tasked with ensuring inventory accuracy is maintained within our distribution centre.

This will require you to work closely with multiple stakeholders across operations, support services, account managers and our principals, hence your ability to work cross functionally to achieve outcomes will be essential to success.

What you will do :

• Conduct stocktakes, maintain and manage movement of stock;
• Organise and reconcile all Principal stocktakes as required;
• Report on weekly / monthly stocktakes, conduct investigations into variances and provide feedback to principals on results;
• Enter stocktake information into our SAP system;
• Complete stock enquiries, internal stock investigations and adjustment from principals;
• Monitor missing stock and incomplete WM and IM transactions;
• Report to principals on short dated and quarantine stock.
