What We're Looking For

We’re looking for a world-class Senior Business Analyst to join our global team and establish a world-class Business Analyst function. This role could be based in our Auckland or Manila office. This is a critical position in EROAD’s business and requires a person with a proven track record of defining, implementing and scaling modern BA practices across complex, cross-functional environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the Business Analyst function across strategic programs and initiatives
• Define and roll out best-practice BA frameworks, tools, and methodologies across the organization
• Lead the end-to-end requirements lifecycle, from discovery and documentation to validation and delivery
• Champion process optimization, identifying inefficiencies and driving continuous improvement
• Provide mentorship and leadership to other BAs and cross-functional teams
• Work closely with stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document business requirements and processes associated with planned projects
• Map and assess existing workflows; identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with administrators, developers, and data analysts to translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
• Serve as the main point of contact between business teams and technical leads, facilitating clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle as required
• Develop and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) plans, ensuring solutions meet business requirements and are ready for production
• Support training, change management, and adoption activities
• Create and maintain detailed documentation including business requirements, process maps, user stories, and training materials
• Help coordinate project activities, track progress, and report status to project managers and leadership
• Effectively lead and manage direct reports as required
• Lead and work within SAFe / Agile frameworks
