We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst with 12+ years of experience and expertise in core banking and credit card systems. This role bridges business needs with technology solutions, working with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and support the delivery of system enhancements and integrations.

What you’ll do

• Establish and drive requirements gathering activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and commercial to ensure successful project delivery
• Translate requirements into high-quality user stories, including personas and acceptance criteria, to be tested both functionally and non-functionally

You should be able to communicate with stakeholders to elicit requirements and identify opportunities to improve their business.
