• Plan, estimate, coordinate, and implement change using established business analysis standards, tools, and artefacts.
• Apply strong research, data analysis, and decision-making skills to help prioritise and deliver a wide range of enhancements and bug fixes through to implementation.
• Translate technical information for business stakeholders and articulate business and non-functional requirements to technical teams to enable effective solution delivery.Our team is super passionate about making a positive difference to customers and colleagues.This is a great time to come on board. You’ll be contributing to the Customer Engagement programme, working across multiple initiatives that are transforming how we connect with our customers
• A sharp eye for detail and the ability to think strategically while translating ideas into detailed requirements.
• Strong personal resilience and comfort navigating change and ambiguity.
• Confidence in managing frequent context switching across multiple workstreams.This role will primarily provide Business Analysis capability to the Customer Engagement programme, working across all related teams. As we move from design into delivery, we need a Senior BA who can :
• Gather business, customer, and technical requirements to inform future builds.
• Collaborate across the ecosystem and connect the dots between various technology and digital teams.
