About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst to join our Business Applications Team. Based at Highbrook, you will lead and support business applications projects through their full lifecycle. This includes gathering and analysing business requirements, defining solutions, facilitating testing and implementation, and ensuring successful change management.

This role has a particular focus on Salesforce and CRM-related initiatives, making it ideal for someone with strong experience in Salesforce configuration, optimisation, administration, basic flow building, and stakeholder engagement.

You'll work closely with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to drive process improvements, support system enhancements, and ensure alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business case preparation and support RFP / RFI processes, especially for CRM and customer-facing systems.
• Specify business requirements or user stories, including acceptance criteria, with a focus on Salesforce Sales and Service functions.
• Conduct systems and process impact analysis, particularly around CRM workflows and integrations.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, including UI design and Salesforce configuration.
• Drive change management and business process mapping for Salesforce enhancements and implementations.
• Develop test plans and facilitate testing, including UAT for Salesforce features and releases.
• Analyse and control system configuration, especially within Salesforce, to meet business needs.
• Coordinate process improvement initiatives to resolve business and customer challenges using Salesforce capabilities.

This is an 18-month fixed-term full-time opportunity based in Highbrook.
