Senior Business Analyst - Contract

Location : Auckland. Contract : 12 months | up to $120 - $125 per hour | Hybrid working

Are you an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a background in financial services or banking? This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a large-scale transformation programme with one of New Zealand’s leading organisations.

You’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering outcomes across cross-functional teams, supporting major modernising initiatives across the enterprise.

What you’ll be doing

  • Leading business analysis activities across a complex transformation programme
  • Working closely with various stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into actionable solutions
  • Supporting delivery teams within an agile and hybrid environment
  • Ensuring alignment between business needs, technology capabilities, and programme goals
  • Driving collaboration and communication across multiple streams of work

Must Haves

  • Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst on large-scale transformation programmes
  • Strong understanding of banking and / or the financial sector
  • Candidate must be available to start within 2 weeks
  • Ability to work across both technical and non-technical teams to achieve outcomes
  • Valid New Zealand work rights are essential due to the nature of the role
