The opportunity

Following an internal promotion , we’re looking for a Senior Analyst to join our IT Business Solutions team in Auckland. Reporting to the Lead Business Analyst, you’ll bridge the gap between the business and IT. You’ll provide expertise in system architecture, infrastructure, and integrations to support incident resolution, enhancements, and process improvements.

Your new role

You’ll work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, enhance business capabilities, and drive organisational growth through project implementation. Additionally, you’ll lead analysis activities, driving the delivery of change within an Agile framework to support business needs and solutions. Your responsibilities will include :
