IT Business Solutions Senior Analyst

Overview

Senior Analyst to join the IT Business Solutions team in Auckland. Following an internal promotion, this is a permanent, full-time role with a hybrid work arrangement. You will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and IT, providing expertise in system architecture, infrastructure, and integrations to support incident resolution, enhancements, and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
• Resolve production issues and empower users through knowledge sharing.
• Promote continuous improvement to boost performance and efficiency.
• Identify and mitigate risks across projects and change initiatives.
• Support new system launches with documentation and training.
• Mentor team members to uphold quality in delivery and testing.
• Collaborate with Business Partners, Project Managers, and Solution Architects to implement business-led changes.
• Contribute to the strategic technical roadmap for the domain.
