Site inspections : Travel to our central kitchens to perform regular inspections, ensuring all food handling and cooking activities comply with our Pre-Requisite Programs (PRPs) and Critical Control Points (CCPs).
Food Sample Retention Management : Oversee the proper collection, labeling, and storage of all cooked food samples.
Personal Hygiene & PPE : Monitor staff to ensure they maintain impeccable personal hygiene, wear clean uniforms at the start of each shift, and use Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) correctly to prevent cross-contamination.
Cleaning & Sanitation : Verify that all equipment and locations are cleaned thoroughly, appropriate cleaning chemicals are used, and supplies are adequately stocked.
Pest Control : Assist in monitoring pest activity and coordinating with pest control vendors for follow-up actions.
Equipment Management : Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and calibrated, and work with technicians to confirm services are performed correctly.
Record Keeping : Maintain meticulous records related to PRPs and CCPs, ensuring all documentation meets food safety management system requirements.
Training & Investigation : Support food safety training programs and assist in investigating any food-related incidents, helping to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
