Regional Quality Management Specialist #HMS

Job descriptionFacilitate the organization to act according to the processes described in the respective parts of the Quality Management System Participate in management reviews, report, and analyze key performance indicators Organize and conduct trainings for the local organization and sales teams Manage process document control and ensure up-to-date documentation Develop and implement contingency plans to mitigate risks Responsible for Audit Management Software (CAQ) Evaluate and manage customer-specific requirements, provide documentation if needed Collect and evaluate customer scorecards. Drive and monitor improvement actions if required. Support product change notifications (Global PCN and Local PCN) and customer special requirements. Attend customer quality training Ensure correct PPAP documentation / submission (main responsibility plants) Analyze and report on major claim issues Maintain IMDS / CAMDS databases and manage shelf-life statements Provide reaction and improvement plans for selected customer scorecards Coordinate and accompany key customer audits Fulfil the standard and specific quality requirement : Questionnaire, quality contract, performance measurements, IATF 16949 Support and advice in case of Quality Assurance Agreements (QAA) Ensure a solid relationship with customer quality counterpart to brick wall the overall customer network

ISO 9001, ISO 19011 and IATF 16949 is a must

- Define scheme and manage internal audits and support external audits
- Perform audits on suppliers, converters, warehouses, and logistics providers if needed
- Manage customer audits and assess compliance with requirements
