(lab, plants, sales)Explain and train quality requirements to salespeopleSupport line trials and engineering changes at customer siteManage the quality activities in alignment with the regulations and with CQMManage customer ´s quality issues (critical ones)Claim management + crises & escalation management (serious BIZ impact)Support sales with overall tactics and process to resolve the claimBuild the argumentation and use the quality network to influence the buying centerPrepare / Setup quality claims monthly review meeting with AP Sales teamLead problem solving activities using company and customer methodologies to ensure verifiable and effective actions and prevent further occurrenceProvide written report to customers and company management teams detailing performance measures, issues and improvement action plans as requiredJob Requirements : Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Management, Engineering - preferably in mechanical engineering, process engineering or equivalent)5+ years' experience in automotive / electronics quality fieldCompleted auditor training of applicable QM standards (e.g., ISO
