Management of project to ensure quality and timelines of project delivery. This entails among other activities :
Attend project working group meetings to monitor status and quality of assigned projects;
Conduct Steering Committee meetings to update higher level management if required;
Ensure works on site are performed in accordance with approved drawings and instructions;
Conduct training on deployed security system for customers;
Conduct customer feedback survey upon completion of each; project to gauge the quality of installation and customer experience;
Ensure project is delivered on time;
Resolution and mitigation of issues encountered for assigned project.
Identify, resolve / mitigate and escalation issues and risks
Submit required reports and metrics required by Project Management Office.
Maintain profitability of project by controlling costs and achieving the sameeffective outcomes, these include :
Working with site manager to ensure optimum deployment of resources;
Streamlining sub-contractor costs for installation;
Work with internal stakeholders upon project commissioning to transit into operation and support phase.
Handling technical and engineering matters.
Member of bid management team providing resource requirement and project management plan.
Job Requirements
Candidate must preferably possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical / Electronic) or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT industry with at least 2 years in security systems implementation.
Working experience with enterprise CCTV System, Access Control System and Intruder Detection System required
Domain knowledge required
Experience with project management and knowledge in System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Security-by-Design (SBD) lifecycle preferred
Experience in MS Project and Visio preferred
