Quality Assurance / Quality Control Engineer (Security Systems) [2 Yrs Contract]

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA / QC Engineer to join our team at Certis Security Technology Singapore. The QA / QC Engineer will be responsible for conducting quality assurance and quality control inspections for our PCS (Police Camera System) project and other CTS security projects involving CCTV, Access Control Systems (ACS), Intruder Detection Systems (IDS), and related technologies. The ideal candidate will ensure that all installation works comply with project specifications, tender requirements, and security standards, delivering a robust and reliable security infrastructure for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections for all security system installations, including PCS, CCTV, ACS, IDS, and other related systems.
• Verify proper installation of cables, containment, and equipment according to approved designs and specifications.
• Ensure system functionalities meet the agreed tender requirements and scope of work.
• Prepare detailed QA / QC inspection reports for internal review and client submission.
• Identify non-conformities, recommend corrective actions, and follow up on rectification work.
• Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure quality standards are consistently met.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and security requirements during project execution.
• Support handover inspections and final commissioning of security systems.
