The Opportunity

Made is a fast-growing food & beverage group with a range of better for you products in dairy, alternative dairy and lifestyle beverage categories.

The General Manager role is a great opportunity to join an established business with significant growth ambitions.

It is an autonomous role with full strategic and operational accountability for the performance of the New Zealand business.

Made manufactures locally and employs over 100 dedicated people who are passionate about the brands and delivering better nutrition.

The role is based in Auckland, New Zealand.

Key Requirements

Strategic leadership with a proven track record of delivering business growth.

Ability to balance big-picture thinking with hands-on execution.

Demonstrated success in developing and executing growth strategies, managing risk, and delivering financial performance.

Ability to collaborate, influence, and build trusted relationships across stakeholders.

Experience in building high-performing teams and shaping organisational culture.

Prior experience in FMCG is required, ideally across a combination of established and challenger brands.
