Te Tūranga – About The Role

We’re looking for an Assistant Category Manager to join our Merchandise team and help shape the future of our product offering across New World, PAK’nSAVE and Four Square. You’ll support the Category Manager to drive performance across your assigned categories, working closely with suppliers and stores to deliver great outcomes for our customers.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll get stuck into everything from pricing and promotions to supplier negotiations and forecasting. You’ll need to be comfortable juggling multiple priorities and keeping pace in a dynamic, fast-moving environment. It’s a great opportunity to grow your commercial and strategic skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment - and a solid stepping stone toward a future Category Manager role.
