The role of an Assistant Category Manager is to assist the Category Manager to deliver a range that is better for customers, simple to execute and enhances the customer perception of our value, quality & range. By doing so, delivering to target and sales, profit, market share & voice of customer objectives. The primary role of the ACM is to run an effective Promotional Program that delivers our sales, profit and market share results.

This role will suit someone with some retail based experience, ideally from within FMCG and who will have a desire to hit the ground running. You will have good commercial acumen and previous experience driving new or challenged business initiatives within Woolworths with a proven track record of engaging and influencing key stakeholders of the business.
