About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to provide high-level administration support in a dynamic, fast-paced healthcare environment. You will work collaboratively with Operations Managers, Clinical Leaders and other administrators to ensure services can deliver quality healthcare. Some of your key duties will include :
This is a full-time role mainly based at Wellington Regional Hospital. Work across the other two hospital sites will be required on occasion. The salary range is $75,201 to $83,092.
About the Team / Service Location
In this role, you will be working with the Inpatient and Community Operations Managers and Clinical leaders under the Community, Allied Health and Older Adult directorate. Community, Allied Health and Older Adults provide specialist assessment, treatment and rehabilitation to people with health conditions or disability to enable them to live well within their community. This role also works collaboratively with other PAs / EAs as well as the wider administration staff to ensure consistency of practice across the service. We enjoy working collaboratively together to ensure service needs are met, facilitating a positive, supportive workplace culture.
About you
We are looking for someone who has previous experience in a similar, senior administrative role. You will be able to work well under pressure and have experience dealing with a variety of stakeholders. Experience working in healthcare is desirable.
