We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant, who is keen to step up into an Executive Assistant level position.ResponsibilitiesDiary and calendar managementTravel coordination (national)Minute taking (1-2 meetings per week)Support functions and eventsGeneral administration and document managementCoordinate agendas and briefing papersWe are Looking ForA Personal Assistant with 4-5 years experience supporting Tier 3 executives in the public sector, or the equivalent level in a large private sector entityAn ability to hit the ground running, with previous experience in temporary contractsPrevious experience working with confidential information and a knowledge of the machinery of governmentWork effectively with stakeholders, with a strong eye for detail and ability to work to deadlinesIf you are interested, please APPLY NOW!
