Overview
Senior Marketing Automation Manager - 12 Month Fixed Term. Lead a small, high-performing team to execute Lotto NZ's marketing automation strategy across a range of digital channels. You’ll be the business lead for the Salesforce platform including Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud, using data-driven insights to create customer interactions that enhance personalization, improve engagement and drive commercial outcomes. This role blends creativity with precision, champions a test-and-learn culture, optimises communications for engagement and results, and ensures every touchpoint reflects Lotto NZ’s commitment to safe, responsible gaming.
Responsibilities
- Lead a small, high-performing team to deliver Lotto NZ’s marketing automation strategy across digital channels.
- Act as business lead for Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud.
- Use data-driven insights to create personalized customer interactions, improve engagement, and drive commercial outcomes.
- Champion a test-and-learn culture; optimise communications for engagement and results.
- Ensure all touchpoints reflect Lotto NZ’s commitment to safe, responsible gaming.
- Collaborate with stakeholders in digital marketing and analytics; translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Support campaigns, customer journey planning across multiple touchpoints and new programmes of work.
Qualifications
Experience implementing marketing campaigns using enterprise-level marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, Adobe, Marketo, Braze).Strong data-oriented mindset; deep understanding of data use in marketing automation.Proven expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud; track record of data-driven, personalized campaigns.Detail-oriented with strong communication skills; strong email creative and copywriting skills are a plus.Experience managing teams; ability to translate business needs into technical solutions; collaborate with analytics, digital teams, and agency partners.Balanced strategic thinking with hands-on execution; comfortable leading customer experience innovation initiatives.Details
