Step into this pivotal senior role, where you'll lead and deliver strategic brand initiatives that amplify who we are, what we stand for, and how we're experienced every day.

Reporting to the Head of Brand Experience you will play a crucial role in shaping ASB's brand reputation and corporate identity through world-class creative, stakeholder leadership, and effective brand guardianship.

Champion the development and execution of our brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.

Lead brand marketing and communications across channels including our employer brand, sponsorships, media, and community partnerships.

Support the development of the brand strategy playbook and sponsorship guardrails, guiding plans across the organisation.

Drive creative excellence by reviewing marketing work and providing expert guidance on brand building.

Support and enhance brand measurement frameworks, sharing insights and campaign tracking with key stakeholders.

Foster strong and trusted relationships with creative and media agency partners to deliver best-in-class work.

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of brand, community, and sponsorship marketers, ensuring ongoing capability development.

You'll be responsible for upholding brand quality and consistency, actively managing risk, and ensuring adherence to ASB's guidelines and policies.

Highly creative with significant experience delivering award-winning brand creative—background in brand marketing, agency, or design highly valued.

Strategic and technical marketing capability, with a proven history developing and executing brand strategy and cross-channel brand campaigns.

Advanced collaboration skills, able to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels and across disciplines.

Outstanding people and interpersonal skills, with a record of building relationships and influencing across leadership and functional teams.

Curiosity and commitment to continual evolution and growth in your role.

Solid understanding of brand measurement and experience contributing to campaign tracking and insight sharing.

Experience leading teams and fostering a high-performance culture.

Strong business acumen, with experience managing budgets and delivering outcomes aligned to organisational goals.

Adaptability, prioritisation, and workflow management expertise.
