OverviewStuff is on the lookout for a Marketing Automation Specialist to join our Stuff Digital team and play a vital role in delivering exceptional, data-informed customer experiences across all digital touchpoints.You will lead the development and optimisation of marketing automation strategies to drive customer revenue, grow registrations, and deepen user engagement.
Using platforms such as Braze and Piano, you'll craft automated journeys and personalised campaigns that align with business objectives and audience needs, making a measurable impact on engagement and retention.This role works at the heart of our business, connecting the dots between marketing, product, editorial and commercial functions to ensure our platforms are delivering results and unlocking the full potential of our automation capability.Responsibilities Designing and executing customer journey automation strategies to drive acquisition, engagement, retention, and conversion.
Using platforms such as Braze and Piano - as well as the potential of AI - to build, manage and improve campaigns that are effective and measurable.
Collaborating closely with Product, Editorial and Commercial teams to align marketing automation with business priorities.
Leading conversion rate optimisation initiatives across multiple touchpoints.
Advising on and championing the best use of marketing technology and AI tools across the organisation.
Managing budgets and contributing to overall profitability by ensuring effective marketing spend.
Supporting and contributing to a high-performing, collaborative team environment.Qualifications Proven experience in marketing automation, including campaign execution, testing and optimisation.
Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, segmentation and behavioural targeting.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
A thoughtful approach to using AI and new technologies in marketing.
Familiarity with customer data platforms and analytics tools.
Knowledge of subscription-based models or digital media environments is advantageous.
A strategic mindset, strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
