This role is central to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, managing key relationships, and supporting strategic priorities across the business.
You'll work closely with senior leaders, board members, and stakeholders, handling sensitive information and helping the CEO stay informed, prepared, and focused.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the CEO's calendar, travel, and meeting logisticsPrepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentationsCoordinate executive meetings, board sessions, and offsitesHandle confidential communications and documents with discretionSupport shareholder and stakeholder engagementOrganise events, venues, and catering as neededMaintain accurate records and manage inquiries professionallyCollaborate with internal teams to ensure priorities are addressedAssist with board and committee logistics and documentationWork with the Chief of Staff and other Executive Assistants across the businessContribute to projects and process improvementsEnsure compliance with company policies and governance standardsWhat You Bring6+ years' experience supporting senior executives, ideally in financial services or insurancePrior experience supporting a CEOStrong communication skills and attention to detailProven ability to manage sensitive information and competing prioritiesComfortable working independently and collaborativelySkilled in Microsoft Office and virtual collaboration toolsProfessional, adaptable, and solutions-focusedExperience working with board members and senior stakeholdersUnderstanding of corporate governance and regulatory environmentsWhy Join Us?
