    • The Role
    • Asteron Life is seeking a highly organised and experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO.
    • This role is central to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, managing key relationships, and supporting strategic priorities across the business.You'll work closely with senior leaders, board members, and stakeholders, handling sensitive information and helping the CEO stay informed, prepared, and focused.

    • Key Responsibilities
    • Manage the CEO's calendar, travel, and meeting logistics
    • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
    • Coordinate executive meetings, board sessions, and offsites
    • Handle confidential communications and documents with discretion
    • Support shareholder and stakeholder engagement
    • Organise events, venues, and catering as needed
    • Maintain accurate records and manage inquiries professionally
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure priorities are addressed
    • Assist with board and committee logistics and documentation
    • Work with the Chief of Staff and other Executive Assistants across the business
    • Contribute to projects and process improvements
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and governance standards
    • What you bring :
    • 6+ years' experience supporting senior executives, ideally in financial services or insurance
    • Prior experience supporting a CEO
    • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
    • Proven ability to manage sensitive information and competing priorities
    • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
    • Skilled in Microsoft Office and virtual collaboration tools
    • Professional, adaptable, and solutions-focused
    • Experience working with board members and senior stakeholders
