You will be a natural at building teams and maintaining relationships across our School Community.Desired Skills And ExperienceYou will have : Extensive experience as an Executive Assistant to an executive role, with a proven track record of successFamiliarity with supporting Boards and Board Committees, showcasing your understanding of governance processesKnowledge of governance principles, policies and a broad understanding of project managementExceptional ability to manage competing priorities and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentImpeccable communication skills (written and verbal), ensuring clear and concise information deliveryMastery of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and proficiency in digital communication tools and AIMastery of BoardPro or other online governance toolsA keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high quality work, every timeRole ResponsibilitiesProvide seamless administrative and confidential support to the Principal and the Board of Governors, ensuring the smooth execution of their dutiesManage the School's policies administration processes in line with the School's Self Review PlanManage all travel and accommodation arrangements for the Principal and Board of Governors and for staff attending PD outside of AucklandManage three direct reportsMaintain strong relationships with the School communityCoordinate meeting and travel schedules, prepare agendas, and maintain organised documentation for effective communicationArrange meeting venues and catering requirementsAttend meetings and take minutesEnsure the utmost confidentiality of sensitive information and documentationOur staff have access to a wide range of professional development opportunities as part of our ongoing commitment to continuous learning and development in leadership, curriculum and pedagogy.
