ResponsibilitiesDrive guest excitement and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.Support multiple hotels across the New Zealand Portfolio.Report to the Cluster Reservations Manager and collaborate with internal teams.Engage external stakeholders (travel agents, event creatives, corporate planners) to ensure seamless planning and bookings.Deliver warm, personalized guest interactions that foster repeat business.About the BrandLife at the company is about possibility, growth, and ownership across 70+ hotels and seven brands in eight countries.
