We are dedicated to delivering an unforgettable dining journey, one that encapsulates the essence of Aotearoa's unique culture and breathtaking landscapes.ResponsibilitiesLooking after our priority guests and managing the day to day disrupted flights and upgrades.Manage all incoming booking inquiries, ensuring accurate input of details and maximizing occupancy across the Auckland Airport Precinct.Provide professional, friendly, and knowledgeable support to guests, travel agents, and corporate clients.Upsell room types, packages, and services while adhering to pricing strategies and set rates.Ensure all guest information, preferences, and booking details are correctly recorded in the Property Management System (PMS).
