You will oversee all aspects of external audit for a varied range of clients, drive high standards, and motivate a team of 12 direct reports.Leading and managing multiple complex statutory audit engagements end-to-endSupervising, mentoring, and developing a team of 12 auditorsConducting risk assessments, financial reviews, and due diligence assignmentsReviewing and providing feedback on audit work papersManaging client relationships and proactively addressing their needsEnsuring all work complies with auditing standards, company policy, and regulatory requirements.About YouThis role suits a well experienced audit professional with a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification, and a demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire large teams.

This role combines strong technical expertise with excellent communication skills, a collaborative approach, and a track record of building lasting client and team relationships.
