Archway Recruitment provide recruitment services to clients in the Built and Corporate Sectors and we're after a Talent Manager to support our Accounting and HRIS / Payroll Team.About the RoleThis role will see you working collaboratively and supporting the Archway business with a range of tasks to help us provide a better service to our clients and candidates.
You'll be working directly alongside an experienced Director and also a supportive team who will help get you up to speed.
Day to day you'll be performing tasks such as : Attracting candidates and matching them to permanent, contract and fixed term positions within your area of specialism.Provide a vital link between consultants and candidates attracting the best talent in the market to the right roles!
Holding candidate interviews over MS Teams or in person over a coffee.Proactively managing our database to maintain candidate pools for suitable roles.Preparing CVs and drafting candidate summaries for presentation to clients.Preparing and Posting Job Advertisements, and managing candidate responses.Managing candidate compliance and references.Assisting with pro-active marketing of candidate profiles.For the right candidate who comes in with a bit more experience and a bend toward systems and process, we are open to a more senior role oriented toward those tasks.
There are significant opportunities to develop systems and processes, particularly with regards to the integration of AI, and to be a systems champion and trainer.
This could be a development pathway for someone within the role, if interested.About YouSuccessful recruiters come from a range of backgrounds.
