This role is responsible for managing a team of four, overseeing the month-end close and review process, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting.
You will play a key role in maintaining robust controls, driving process improvements, and supporting the delivery of timely, high-quality financial information and analysis.

Other Things We Are Looking ForCA qualification and relevant tertiary degree (Finance, Commerce, Accounting).5+ years\' financial accounting experience with strong knowledge of NZ IFRS and / or NZ PBE standards.Proven experience in statutory reporting, audits, and managing internal controls.Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team while meeting deadlines.Advanced Excel skills.Attention to detail, and a collaborative, improvement-focused approach.Experience with Microsoft Business Central, MS Access, or SQL advantageous.What's in it for you?
