Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Finance Manager to oversee financial operations in our office. This role is responsible for financial planning, analysis, budgeting, reporting, and compliance, ensuring alignment with global corporate strategies and local regulations.

You will play a key role in guiding business decisions through financial insights while managing cross-border financial operations and collaborating with both local and international teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with IFRS / local GAAP.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes and provide variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with local tax laws, regulations, and international financial standards.
• Oversee cash flow, working capital, and cost management.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and local authorities.
• Develop and implement internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams on strategic initiatives.
• Support investment decisions and financial modeling for new projects.
• Monitor FX risk, hedging strategies, and other international financial exposures.
