The Chef will be responsible for organising and managing the entire culinary production process for individual and group clients, from procurement to service.

None of these recipes will scare you : Recipe 1 : Recruit, integrate, train and supervise your kitchen team in a good working atmosphere in order to set up a work organisation compatible with production and its ups and downs.
Recipe 2 : Implement and strictly adhere to hygiene, step-by-step and food safety procedures.
Recipe 3 : Carry out all cooking methods and supervise the entire production process.
Recipe 4 : Ensure the quality of the culinary services served, that they comply with the technical specifications and satisfy the customer.
Recipe 5 : Manage the flow of customer orders in coordination with the catering outlet manager.
Recipe 6 : Manage all the expenses associated with the smooth running of the kitchen : optimise the cost of raw materials and supervise the monthly inventory.
Recipe 7 : Checking that equipment and utensils are used correctly.
Recipe 8 : Analyse potential malfunctions and take appropriate corrective action.
Recipe 9 : Create new dishes according to season and demand and draw up their technical data sheets.
Recipe 10 : Implement and enforce all SOPs (Standard Operation Procedures).
QualificationsBecause you've got it in you : A leadership style with great attention to detail.A palate dedicated to serving both the customer and the team.
Proficiency in Office suite software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) A positive attitude, smiling, open-minded, with a desire to learn and grow.
YOUR LITTLE EXTRAS ARE : 2-4 years experience in a similar roleHolds a Level 4 / 5 Diploma in Professional Cookery.Physically fit and able to stand for the duration of a shift (8 hours).
Organise time and work efficiently.Ability to work weekends, public holidays and nights due to the business needsProjects professional image at all times through personal presentation / interpersonal skills.
