Reporting to the General Manager - Partnerships and Performance, the role is responsible for supporting HPSNZ across its entire investment portfolio; design, develop and manage investments that are aligned to the HPSNZ Strategic Plan and the HPSNZ Investment Guidance.The role leads a team to support delivery of key strategic investment components including : Implementation of the current investment frameworkRefining end-to-end investment processes and systemsReporting on investment outcomesDevelopment of future investment approach in collaboration with key stakeholdersYou are suitable for this role if you have : Experience in leading and managing investment approaches and investment tools to reach desired outcomesSignificant understanding and experience of the NZ sporting landscape, ideally with a high performance perspectiveExperienced and skilled in developing strong relationships; influencing, leading, coaching and motivating staff and key stakeholdersSignificant experience in the development and implementation of strategic investment initiativesAn understanding of the components of investment management and the characteristics, competencies and capabilities of different investment approachesHigh Performance Sport New Zealand leads the high performance system in New Zealand.
