Head of Finance

About the role

We are excited to be working with an established and diverse organisation with operations spanning across property, construction, and renewable energy to recruit a Head of Finance position focused on providing strategic financial leadership and partner with directors and business unit leaders to drive sustainable growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead financial strategy and reporting processes across the Group.
• Partnering with the Board and senior leadership to shape financial strategy and business planning.
• Leading and mentoring the finance team to foster collaboration and high performance.
• Managing treasury, cashflow, capital structure, and banking relationships.
• Delivering budgeting and forecasting across multiple business units.
• Working closely with business leaders to drive commercial insights, growth initiatives, and profitability.
