About the Role

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Head of Finance to lead our New Zealand financial strategy.

This is a critical executive level role that will shape the financial health of our business.

Reporting into both the NZ Country Manager and Global Finance offshore, this role will be the voice in providing recommendations and input into commercial, strategic and financial decisions and acting as a guide in discussions around new markets, products, systems, customers, suppliers and acquisitional growth.

You will own the strategic direction whilst ensuring robust policies and procedures are in place and adhered to.

Being in an innovative, agile and fast paced 24 / 7 environment, this role will evolve and develop quickly with significant growth plans.

But you can't do all this alone, you will also lead a highly engaged finance team.

About You

You will demonstrate commercial acumen, resilience, and a commitment to our values (Safety, Integrity, Great Partners and Continuous Improvement), and will be motivated by the opportunity to make a lasting contribution to Cottonsoft and committed to making a difference.

You will be a professionally qualified accountant, a proven inspirational leader and experience in manufacturing is a non-negotiable.

Confidence being hands on is essential to inspire your teams and you must thrive when dealing with ambiguity.

It's a strategic role so your commercial analysis and modelling skills will be second to none.

We have an imminent SAP integration project meaning you must be system savvy and will likely have previous implementation projects under your belt.

Treasury is managed locally so previous hedging experience would be the icing on the cake.

You must be ready to make a significant contribution as a key member of a tight knit Executive team who are on a mission to continue to achieve greatness!
