Here you are supported, here you are celebrated, here you can thrive.Your New RoleThe operations coordinator role is a junior / graduate position and will support all experienced operational specialists within the region.

They will support on all sales requests sent via the specialists for specific Ad Sales teams, supporting on the administration side of the department, including the avails lookups, plan checks, creative QA testing, bookings, trafficking, reporting and general admin support.This role is inwards facing, supporting operations within the APAC region, to maximise the departments time and to support the specialists, to meet all expectations on campaign delivery.Your Role AccountabilitiesSupport Sales on proposals, avail checks and advice on formatsBook, traffic and manage digital ad campaignsHandle screengrabs for sales / clients at the beginning of campaignsPrepare weekly, ad hoc and post campaign reportsProvide feedback and advice on optimisations in order to achieve campaign KPIsCreative testing, ensuring that new creatives meet CNN's technical specs.Troubleshoot issues : All banner creative, custom executions, under / over-delivery issues, order management and implementation.Ensure campaign billing, rep commissions and vendor payment is correct and co-ordinate with finance department for process and amendments where required.General support to the operations specialists and in turn sales teams within region.Qualifications & ExperienceEssential : Bachelor's degree or equivalentPositive and service-oriented attitudeDetail oriented, strong organization skills & ability to meet deadlinesEffective spoken and written communication skills in EnglishKnowledgeable with Microsoft Office products : Excel a mustSelf-starter, capable of working independently & team player alsoNice to haves : Knowledge / experience of ad-serving, web page composition and analytical toolsGood understand of HTML, CSS and JavaScript a plusEager to learn about all parts of the digital advertising industryHow We Get Things Done...This last bit is probably the most important!
