Your work week could consist of collaborating with a variety of clients who have needs concerning regulatory compliance, corporate governance and structuring, joint ventures, branding, and raising capital, or managing complex business transactions.What You Will BringThe ideal candidate will have 3+ years' experience with high-level exposure to complex corporate / commercial work.

You will have a strong suit of knowledge and experience - with the ability to pass it down through mentorship of others in the firm.Outside of your technical skillset, you will be confident with excellent interpersonal skills.
