With over 13,900 employees, Sime Motors is a leader in automotive assembly, importation, distribution, retail, and after-sales services.What You'll Be DoingAs an Executive, Aftersales Support, you will play a key role in driving innovation, commercial performance, and customer satisfaction.

You'll leverage data insights to maximize upselling opportunities, support marketing and procurement initiatives, and lead projects that improve operational efficiency and brand experience.Collaborate closely with principals (BMW Asia and BMW Motorrad) and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and contractors.Analyze customer data to identify upselling opportunities and support strategic initiatives that drive retention, throughput, and revenue.Champion digital solutions to enhance customer experience and expand market reach.Maintain effective relationships with suppliers and contractors, ensuring compliance and performance against contractual obligations.Manage feedback channels (Voice-of-Customer surveys, call centre, email) to ensure timely and effective resolution.Assist in aftersales procurement projects, ensuring cost-efficiency and compliance with company policies.Develop and monitor initiatives and strategies to achieve business objectives and KPIs such as parts purchase targets, Group financial targets, customer retention, etc.Who We're Looking ForA degree in Engineering, Business Management, or Marketing (or equivalent).

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (automotive or aftersales preferred); candidates with a data analytics background will be considered.Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.An analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.Why Join Us at Sime Motors?
