Please note that only short-listed candidates will be contacted.DesignationSenior Audio Events ExecutiveResponsibilitiesDrive audience engagement and brand affinity for audio brands through strategic planning, execution, and evaluation of audience-initiated contests, on-ground events, and online activations.Understand contest and event concepts, objectives, and deliverables to develop compelling, effective, and efficient propositions; work with audio teams to ensure objectives are fulfilled.Contests Management : develop and manage contest mechanics aligned with station branding and objectives; coordinate with presenters / producers to integrate contests into programming; track and report participation metrics and listener feedback; oversee sourcing of prize sponsorships.Event Planning & Execution : conceptualize and execute station events (e.g., concerts, fan meet-and-greets, roadshows, brand partnerships); liaise with vendors, venues, and internal stakeholders to manage logistics, budgets, and timelines; manage workflow to ensure seamless on-site execution and uphold the station's brand values.Partnership & Sponsorship Support : collaborate with the sales / partnership team to develop sponsor-friendly contest and event proposals.Audience Engagement & Growth : use contests and events to grow databases, increase listenership, and deepen audience loyalty; collaborate with audio stations and social media teams to amplify reach and drive cross-platform traffic; monitor trends in listener behaviour and engagement to inform future initiatives.Operational & Administrative Duties : manage audio event calendar and ensure efficient communication with internal stakeholders including Corporate Marketing; manage prize fulfilment and winner communications; maintain contest rules, documentation, and prize inventory; ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, internal guidelines including risk management and event safety protocols; align and standardise work processes.QualificationsDiploma in Marketing / Business Development, project management, events management or equivalent.2 to 3 years of professional experience in audio, events, contest management or operations.Excellent project management and organizational skills.Demonstrate initiative, and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.Analytical abilities and quantitative / qualitative skills.Understanding of audience and social media landscape.Technical proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
