As a key team member in our Queenstown CBD shopfront, you’ll play an important role in welcoming visitors and showcasing the stunning Queenstown Trail. You’ll be the first impression of our business, thriving in a fast-paced yet rewarding environment. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

We require someone with the following awesome attributes :

• Frontline experience ideally in the Tourism Industry - selling of products
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work and think well under pressure and show initiative
• Administrative experience - payments, cash ups etc.
• 1+ Years of customer service and phone experience
• Excellent English skills both verbal and written
• Competent computer skills with ability to adapt in a growing business
• Positive and happy attitude
• To work well in a team environment and alone as required
• Excellent organisations skills in co-ordinating daily logistics
• Processing bookings via phone, email and in person
• Hiring mountain and electric bikes from our shopfront
• Knowledge of the Queenstown Trail Network is valuble
