As the Business Support (Sales Support Coordinator) for the Joint Replacement (JR) team, you will be the operational backbone of our internal sales activities.
This role ensures smooth onboarding, efficient logistics, and accurate documentation, enabling our sales team to focus on delivering exceptional outcomes.
You'll drive internal coordination and support key processes that keep our business running seamlessly.
What You Will Do
Manage onboarding processes for new hires, including system access setup and office orientation
Coordinate internal meetings, team-building events, and approval workflows to support team alignment
Maintain the Training & Marketing Room and ensure readiness for internal demos and workshops
Prepare sales quotations, promotional materials, and monthly / quarterly reports for management
Support logistics for instrument loans, including FedEx shipping and invoice tracking
Upload CT scans and submit required documentation (CER, IRR) for internal processes
Administer digital tools such as online learning platforms and QR code setup for surgical references
Design and print billing stickers, implant cards, and name tags to support field operations
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
Diploma or higher in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field
2 years of experience in sales support, administrative coordination, or operations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce
Good communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
Working experience in medical device and / or healthcare industry is a plus
Experience with logistics coordination and document management systems
