We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable professional to join our team, reporting directly to the Accounts Payable Team Leader. This role is based at our East Tamaki site.

Working alongside a part-time Accounts Payable colleague, your responsibilities will include :

• End-to-end accountspayable processing, including invoice matching, coding, andpayments. Large volume around 1,800 invoices per month across NewZealand and Australia
• Investigatingdiscrepancies and ensuring compliance with the delegated authorityapproval levels
• Managing vendor payments(weekly, monthly) and performing reconciliations
• Responding to supplierand internal queries professionally and promptly
• Identifyingopportunities to streamline and improve AP processes
